Kultur ist systemrelevant! ❤️
Wir wollen heute zur @night_of_light_2020 ein Zeichen für die Kultur in Deutschland und die existenziell bedrohten Künstler und kulturellen Institutionen setzen!
Für viele unserer Musiker- und Künstlerkollegen ist die aktuelle Zeit existenzbedrohend, da auf unbestimmte Zeit coronabedingt keine Großveranstaltungen stattfinden können.
Normalerweise sorgen diese Künstler mit vollem Herzblut dafür, dass unser aller Leben bunter, lauter, lustiger, schöner und emotionaler wird. Dies muss so bleiben - auch nach Corona!
Auch nicht zu vergessen: Hinter uns als Band stehen bei jedem GiG viele Menschen, die mit Leidenschaft, Fachwissen und Muskelkraft einen Auftritt erst möglich machen: Ton- und Lichttechniker, StageHands / Roadies, Booker, Clubbesitzer... All diese wichtigen Menschen sieht niemand, wenn wir auf der Bühne ein Konzert spielen. Sie sorgen aber dafür, dass ihr auf ein Konzert von uns gehen könnt und wir überhaupt auf der Bühne stehen können.
Die gesamte Kulturlandschaft in Deutschland ist leider bedroht!
Heute Nacht werden deswegen viele Konzerthallen und Clubs rot beleuchtet um ein Zeichen zu setzen: Kultur ist systemrelevant! Denn wir glauben, dass einer Gesellschaft ohne Kunst, Musik und Kultur etwas ganz wichtiges fehlt!
Deswegen, macht Euch bitte stark für Euren persönlichen Lieblingsclub, -Band, Theater...in Deutschland und zeigt der Politik, dass es um die deutschen Kunstschaffenden nicht leise werden darf und sie eine lebenserhaltende Unterstützung verdient haben. Vielen Dank ❤️

ThrowbackThursday: There‘s nothing better than playing for something really meaningful. We had the honour to support the lovely Geburtshaus München (Midwife House) with our music at a charity event. They had to move to a new building and we raised together a good financial base for the new beginning.
